Quality control and documentation, step by step
Buying from an overseas partner should not mean trusting blindly. This is exactly how we manage specifications, samples, batch documents and problems, so you can check every step.
Our quality process
Before you order
- We assess the producer for your product and share the relevant supplier documents.
- We agree a written specification with you: format, composition, pack size, and any limits that matter to your market.
- We confirm which certificates and test reports are available for this product.
Sample approval
- You test the sample against the specification.
- The approved sample is recorded as the reference for production.
Production
- Production follows the approved specification and artwork.
- The batch is checked against the approved sample before dispatch.
- Batch documents, such as the Certificate of Analysis, are shared with you before shipment.
After delivery
- Report any issue with photos and the batch number.
- We work with the producer and the carrier to resolve it, under the remedy agreed in your purchase terms.
- Repeat orders are made to the same approved specification, for batch consistency.
Certifications and test reports
Certifications we can evidence on request:
- GMP-certified partner facilities (including AYUSH GMP for Ayurvedic products)
- ISO-certified partner facilities
- US FDA-registered partner facilities
- Third-party lab Certificates of Analysis, including heavy metals and microbiology
Common documents for herbal and wellness products include Certificates of Analysis (identity, assay, heavy metals, microbiology and, where relevant, pesticide residues), organic certificates where the product is certified organic, and the producer's food or manufacturing licences.
What we will never do
- Call a product or supplier "FDA approved". The US FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their suppliers.
- Show certificates that do not belong to the facility making your product
- Publish reviews or testimonials that are not real
- Make health claims for you. Label claims must be permitted in your market.
Quality FAQs
Who is responsible for compliance in my country?
As the importer or brand owner, you are responsible for your product meeting local rules, including registration, labelling and claims. We help by supplying documentation, adapting labels to your requirements, and telling you what we know about your market. We are not a regulatory consultancy, and for regulated products we recommend you confirm requirements with a local specialist.
How do you check product quality?
Documentation depends on the product and the supplier. Certifications we can evidence on request include: GMP-certified partner facilities (including AYUSH GMP for Ayurvedic products), ISO-certified partner facilities, US FDA-registered partner facilities, Third-party lab Certificates of Analysis, including heavy metals and microbiology. For each order we share the batch documents your market requires, such as Certificates of Analysis.
What happens if a shipment has a problem?
You have one point of contact who stays with the order after dispatch. If goods arrive damaged, short or out of specification, report it with photos and the batch number and we work with the producer and the carrier to resolve it. The remedy, such as replacement, credit or re-testing, is agreed in your purchase terms before you order.
