You: Tell us the product, format, approximate quantity, packaging, destination country and launch date. Reference products or specifications help.
We: We review feasibility, ask the questions that affect price and compliance, and suggest alternatives if something is not practical.

Receive a quote and specification
You: Review the quote, lead time and written specification, and confirm the documents your market needs.
We: We match suitable Indian producers and prepare a quote, usually within 12 hours, with the specification, packaging, minimum order and timeline.

Approve the sample
You: Test the sample against the agreed specification. Ask for changes if needed.
We: We arrange the product sample (typically dispatched within 5–7 working days) and record the approved version as the reference for production.

Approve label and packaging
You: Share your logo and brief or print-ready artwork, and approve the final proof.
We: We prepare or check the artwork for print, source the packaging, and send proofs for sign-off.

Confirm the order
You: Place the purchase order on the agreed terms, including payment, Incoterms, and what happens if goods are out of specification.
We: We schedule production with the producer; typical lead time is 7–14 business days after order and artwork approval and keep you updated.

Production, documents and shipping
You: Review the batch documents before dispatch and arrange import clearance in your country.
We: We check the batch against the approved sample, share documents such as the Certificate of Analysis, and coordinate export paperwork and shipping.

After delivery
You: Check the goods on arrival and report any issue with photos and the batch number.
We: Your contact stays with you after delivery, resolving issues with the producer and the carrier and planning repeat orders for consistent batches.
Process FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 500 units per SKU for most products. Pilot runs from 100–250 units are available at a slightly higher unit cost, and most pet products start at 100 units. Custom formulations need higher minimums. Custom formulations usually need higher minimums.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You approve a sample of the product, and where relevant the packaging, before you commit to a bulk order. Samples are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of confirming the specification.
What quality documents do you provide?
Documentation depends on the product and the supplier. Certifications we can evidence on request include: GMP-certified partner facilities (including AYUSH GMP for Ayurvedic products), ISO-certified partner facilities, US FDA-registered partner facilities, Third-party lab Certificates of Analysis, including heavy metals and microbiology. For each order we share the batch documents your market requires, such as Certificates of Analysis.
Can you make a custom formulation?
Yes, with manufacturing partners who work to your specification. Custom formulations take longer than catalogue products and usually need a higher minimum order. Share your target formula or reference product and we will tell you what is feasible.
